My favorite books

In need of some inspiration for finding books? Here are my favorite books/series that might ignite that little reading spark into a true flame!

Throne of Glass - Sarah J Maas

People who know me, also know my obsession with this series. Following a young assassin, Celeana, who competes in the competition to become the King's Champion, uncovering hidden secrets deep within the castle. Witty, emotional, and adventurous. The Throne of Glass-series develops into an epic story that will leave every high fantasy fan begging for more. Be sure to check it out as you will never experience a rollercoaster-like the books of Sarah J Maas!

The Night Circus - Erin Morgenstern

Breathtaking, dazzling, and enchanting. Just as the blurbs say on the cover. The Night Circus brings you into a world full of magic, tricks, and love. Follow the story of two magicians who have to battle against each other but end up falling deeply in love with one another. Their playing field is the Night Cirus that shows up without warning and will draw you in. Imagine the impossible.

All the Bright Places - Jennifer Niven

Mostly known as a Netflix-film, All the Bright Places is a contemporary story about two teens, ready to both take their lives but eventually saving one another in some kind of way. It's one of my favorite books because it left such an imprint in my mind. Better than the movie, the book focuses on themes such as suicide, depression, and mourning. One tip: savor the book! You're gonna wish you could read it again for the first time.

Cinder - Marissa Meyer

Science fiction meets fantasy. This retelling of Cinderella will leave you in pieces. It's the first book of the Lunar-chronicle series and brings to life a whole new side of fairytales. Funny, original, and intriguing. This book is ideal for getting into the Young Adult genre without worrying too much about not understanding the entire world. It reads quick and will make you laugh, cry and long for adventure! Want to know more about it? Check Cinder out on Goodreads.

A Court of Thorns and Roses - Sarah J Maas

Another shattering series by my favorite author: Sarah J Maas. A Court of Thorns and Roses is the first in the series which is also a loosely based fairytale retelling of Beauty and the Beast. Follow the story of Feyre and her sisters into the land of Fae. Discover the different courts and fall in love with the amazing characters. Yet again, a must-read for lovers of fantasy!

Want me to read your favorite book? Don't be afraid to reach out! Let me know what you love to read and maybe I'll give it a go myself. ;)
